I am really enjoying the Strongman Template right now and one question occured today.
On Day 5 I have to do a Carry Movement and since I only have a famers walk in my Gym I am doing that.
Is there any reason to use straps for the exercise?
In competition it of course is (almost?) always done without straps,
but I was asking myself what exactly is the goal here.
Should I train my grip or my body to handle the load or should I do it one week this way and the other week that way?
