I am running the beginner template and am interested in adding some farmers walk and carry variations. Would it make sense to do them on the three lifting days as a finisher for my workout (that seemed better than doing it on the gpp days)? Or should I just cut them out while I am running the program? Thanks for the help.

I would not recommend doing them at all in this case, as the benefit probably doesn’t outweigh the risk. After the beginner template, you’d be more adept at doing them.
