I’m currently trying to cut and lost a small amount of belly fat I have.
One of my main pleasures in life is fast food. I don’t over indulge but I do enjoy a fast food meal 3 or so times a week. It’s one of the only things I look forward too.
I was just wondering if the calories are at a deficit, whether eating fast food will be a bad idea during a cut? And whether the source of the calories matter if it fits into my micros and macros…
