Fasting and Training

Hi BBM team,

I am 45M, 5’7’’ and @175lbs body weight.
I finished SSLP and currently in the last week of 12-week GGW HLM program by Andy Baker.

My current e1RMs in lbs are :
SQ 300
DL 342
BC 185
PR 100

I got your 7-week GPP Hypertrophy template and planning to run it next.
However, there is upcoming 4-week time period between May 15-Jun 15 where I will be fasting (no food or drink) between 3:30 am until 8:30 pm due to religious reasons.
I believe I will not have necessary resources to run GPP Hypertrophy properly within that month.

What would be your suggestion to handle such period from training point of view in order to maintain strength or minimize any strength loss?
What would be the ideal time to schedule workouts? During fasting or sometime in the late night?
How about volume, intensity and frequency?

I don’t think I would expect any large change in performance or results from the fasting unless you’re unable to consume the same amount of calories as you normally would (or close to it). I think you can do this and as such, I would not alter programming.
