[Feature Request] repopulate rep target weights based on e1RPM

When I saw the “weight goal” link in the app for an exercise, I thought this is how it worked.

Since the estimate is formulaic, you could work backwards to prepopulate the weight targets for a given RPE by setting the 1RPM.

The use case would be looking at your history, you’d see last week you hovered around a e1RPM of 300. But it felt a little easy, so you want to step up a notch. So you could set the 1RPM to 310 and it’d fill out the template for your targets for this exercises RPE/reps. Could even have it start set at your last days e1RPM.

This is basically what I’m doing. But takes the extra steps of guesstimating the new set targets for a given rep count.

We don’t want to do this because we think people will calculate their weights and use that instead of feeling it out. We feel the latter is superior, though we recognize that people likely prefer the former.
