’ve picked up a niggle which is now worrying as I have a meet in 4 weeks - my right ring finger has pain when gripping. I think it was caused by the bar bouncing in my hand doing pendlay rows… it got to a point at the weekend where I had to cut out my down sets on deadlift because my grip had gone. Has anybody managed to successfully rehab their finger tendon or do I need to stop bar bell rows and deadlifts which would be the worse news.
