Do you ever recommend flat soled shoes for lifting? if so, what are some brands you like and recommend? Thanks!
We use flat shoes for DLs, but all of us use lifters for squats. The guys use soccers shoes and wrestling shoes. I use DL slippers.
I use barefoot shoes for deadlifting; Vivobarefoot.
