Forearm pain rehab

Hi,
I experience significant pain either in the nerves or tendons in my left forearm somewhere in the middle close to the ulnar, especially when it is supinated for any bicep curl-type exercise or when the forearm has to generate force in that position. So far I can only do reverse grip curl without any pain. Apart from changing variations and adjusting load as suggested in the pain in training what do article, what else can I do to rehab my forearm? Tempo forearm curls etc?
Thanks

Kind regards,
Kirill

I also forgot to mention that I experience this pain outside of training as well and it radiates from my wrist to the middle of my ulnar. A physiotherapist told me to just take “rest” but i know that goes against barbell medicine ethos in most cases. Thanks

Following this. My hands and the related symptoms you’ve noted have been a frustrating chronic issue for me for a long time. Am going to try experimenting with a rice bucket for training. I do find that some activities exacerbate it more than others.

With a diagnoses Ulnar nerv entrapment, would rows and deadlifts have a negative impact?
Or curls for that matter

Sleeping with the orthosis and trying to do the exercises
