Fractured Ribs, Pneumothorax, Beginner Template

First of all I love the barbell medicine programming so far. Fairly new to barbell training. I had just finished Block 1 of the Beginner Template Program. Then I had a mountain biking accident - 2 fractured ribs and a collapsed lung on the left side.

My question is in regard to how to continue with the template. When I’m ready to start lifting again (my Doctor’s advice was to start once the pain is tolerable) do I continue with the program as if I had no break? Of course with the understanding that I will lose some strength over the next several weeks.
