i am an advanced lifter meaning been doing it for many hears
i am doing bb2. Wanted to gain arm size specifically
in general for hypertrophy, should I be gaining 0.5 lbs a week? Meaning if I want to increase size and my weight is stable, size is stable then should I increase calories by 200 a day so I can gain 0.5lb a week and thus increase muscle size also?
