So I went on a quick trip with fat loss, I lost 7 kg in 9 weeks. 31 years old, 180 cm.
I went from 88,5 kg to 81,5 kg, also my waist went from 83 to 80 cm. (I know I am not a candidate for weight loss but I was sick and tired from eating 4.200 kcals every day, It was hard to keep up with that with my busy schedule)
I was using 3 day hypertrophy template for this occasion.
I want to eat more now
The plan now is to run bride 3.0 and then 12 week strength.
So my question is is there any down sides to go straight to weight gain, or is it better to maintain this BW for some time?
I presume that is for strenght purposes better to gaing weight as fast as possible, but from the health stand point is better slow approach.
So if I want to blend best from both for a long term development, how would I approach gain weight wise? How much weight gain weekly /monthly would you recommend?
My primary goal is strength and muscle gain, but keeping my body fat percentage at control.
