Hello. I’ll keep this short and to the point. I had ran 12 week strength 3 times and 7 week hypertrophy twice. Had great gains and was sitting around 205 daily. I haven’t been working out for a few months due to my job and travel and other excuses. I’m now 184 and doing the beginner template. Is there any reason I should try to aggressively gain weight back at more than a lb per week. My goal is to get back to where I was as soon as possible all things considered. I know itll take some time. Thanks in advance.
I would almost never recommend rapid weight gain. And definitely not in this case
