General advice DVT - recovery and returning to training

I have been diagnosed with DVT and I am currently enjoying the thinners and compression and instructed to stay on light duties (Walking and stretching) until the hematologist gives me to all clear.

No issue with that at all but I think their concept of regular exercise and mine is quite different (currently doing and enjoying the bridge and was doing some PBs (57yro male 150kg deadlift and a 140kg squat with average depth))

Are there some studies/resources that I can be pointed at, I know I will need to start again I guess with some linear progression, but I want to do it right and safely

Unfortunately there is no “right” way to do this, nor is there any evidence on the matter. Sorry.
