General S&C on a deficit

Hi all,

I just finished the 4 day GPP Hypertrophy template and made excellent advances in all my lifts, no longer fit in many of my clothes, and have had 1 nefarious accusation thrown my way (!!) so I salute everything you do at BBM. I did, however, run this program in a slight caloric excess in an effort to maximize strength and hypertrophy gains. I also recently purchased the Bridge 3.0, Powerbuilding I, and G-S&C templates. I’m leaning toward the general strength and conditioning template because I designed one with the exercise selection that I know I will be amped to run day in and day out (I love this new aspect). Is that template a good one to run on a deficit or should I wait for powerbuilding to do that? I only ask because it’s not explicitly stated in the template description as it is for others AND I recall HLM explicitly stating a deficit was not recommended. I did not gain too much fat on GPP Hyper so I’m good with either course of action.
