General S&C Template Question

Hiya!

Wanted to ask a question regarding the Trap Bar deadlift. For a first time run through, would you recommend utilizing the high handles or the low handles?

Unless there is a specific goal task you’re training the trap bar deadlift for (for example, the army combat fitness test), this is more a matter of personal preference.

Low handles would get you a bit more range of motion, whereas high handles would probably result in a bit heavier absolute loading.
