Hypertrophy I Trap Bar Deadlift: High Handles or Normal Handles?

Hey Docs,

After reading Greg Nuckols article on the trap bar deadlift I wanted to try them out, so I chose the trap bar over sumo deadlifts when I started Hypertrophy I last week. I used the normal handles initially, but I am wondering if I should be using more weight and using the high handles? Does it even matter much? Just curious about your opinion.

Thanks for the post. It doesn’t matter which handles you choose, just keep them the same week-to-week.
