Curious as to your stance on GHD use? I have not seen it mentioned in the BBM videos I have watched or mentioned in any of the training programs I have seen. Is this because there are better exercises to use or due to the fact that many people may not have access to one? I was kicking around the idea of building one as some camps swear by them, but if the carry over to deads isn’t that great I’ll save the time and money.
I personally don’t use one and don’t tend to program it particularly often. Jordan used to own one and ended up selling it. If you’re looking for carryover to deadlifts, we think there are better options.

Follow up question instead of starting a new thread, what about the use of a reverse hyper?
Might be useful to desensitize someone who is dealing with an acute back tweak, but otherwise overrated, IMO.
