Training Equipment Question (GHD/Reverse Hyper)

Hello Team at BBM,

I have had some hip pain for a couple of years and finally convinced myself to go to a physical therapist and start your hip rehab template. It‘s going well so far but I‘m training in my barebones (but all essentials) homegym and was asking myself whether a ghd/nordic/reverse hyper etc. machine could be beneficial for me and found the freak athlete hyper pro which comes with a leg extension and hamstring curl extension. As I am relatively inexperienced with this kind of equipment my question to you is: Do you think this would add a lot of utility and convenience with regard to the hip rehab training and the training phases that will come in the future? My goal is to become stronger, be well conditioned and as healthy as I can. I‘m not exercising competitively and have no strict results I need to achieve.
Thank you for your input!

Wladimir,

I can’t personally vet that brand or piece of equipment, but being able to do all of that stuff could be helpful.

If it were me, I’d favor picking up some monkey feet, a pulley system like ancore or the spud system, and some adjustable dumbbells over that particular piece of equipment, but that’s just my 0.02.

That actually looks like a much better and cheaper option for me. Thank you!
