Lying Hamstring Curl

I’m about to start the Hypertrophy I template, but I don’t have a good set up for lying hamstring curls. Would Nordics be a good substitute or should I try for another exercise?

Nordics would be good. Assuming you’re at home, the monkey feet attachment may be useful for some type of isolaiton exercise that you can load.

I am at home, yes. I’ve been looking at the monkey feet attachments, and they seem like the best bet other than Nordics.
