Home Gym Leg Curl options

As it stands, my current options are:

  1. Seated or prone lying banded leg curls (downside, weird resistance curve and ROM)
  2. Prone lying hamstring curls with dumbbells on feet (downside, only bottom half of ROM is loaded)
  3. Nordics (downside, my knees don’t like them and I can’t get a lot of volume with them)
  4. Hamstring bridge slider thingies

What your favorite/preferred options for hamstring isolation without machines?

I don’t think it’s possible to isolate the hamstrings without additional equipment. Cheapest option would be one of those attachments that holds a dumbbell and doing hamstring curls standing up, followed by a plate-loaded leg extension/leg curl that attaches to the rack.
