As it stands, my current options are:
- Seated or prone lying banded leg curls (downside, weird resistance curve and ROM)
- Prone lying hamstring curls with dumbbells on feet (downside, only bottom half of ROM is loaded)
- Nordics (downside, my knees don’t like them and I can’t get a lot of volume with them)
- Hamstring bridge slider thingies
