By default, I don’t see the lift in any of your templates. Is it just a matter of remembering to include them from time to time in the deadlift developmental slot or should you do them on GPP day?
They are in a few of them. I would do them on GPP days or as a supplemental exercise at the end of a workout.
Thank you. I’ve seen Leg Curls and Glute Ham Raise in some of your templates under the “Exercise Selection” section, but not Nordics, but then again, I don’t own them all. Would you do Nordics year around or only on select templates? I’ve preciously read the research regarding Nordics and the Copenhagen adductor exercise in terms of injury risk reduction, so maybe it’s something you should do all all the time.
I like keeping them in the rotation for most developmental blocks, but I usually pull them out if a meet or test is coming up. That said, this is more of a general idea and not something I always do all the time.
