Adding the Jefferson Curl to the Bodybuilding template?

Assuming it’s not a horrible idea, would it best be subbed in for the hamstring/hinge slot? I’ve been curious to try the lift since I first heard of it a few months back when I came across a post from Dr Baraki mentioning it in the pain forum.

I don’t think this would be useful in the BB template, but you can try it if you like.

If you just want an exercise that involves spinal flexion and is for bodybuilding… flexion rows are the new thing. They hit the erector spinae a ton.
