Gluteal pain at bottom of squat

Hi there! First off, thank you guys for everything you do. It has completely changed my perspective of health, medicine, training, pain, etc. Thank you!

I was running Bridge v1.0 week 2 and experienced left gluteal pain at bottom of the squat, it was bearable and I finished my sets but was uncomfortable for next few days, seemed to be aggravated when sitting. Discomfort is tolerable now and only experience it at bottom of squat, sitting is not painful but can definitely notice it. I have reduced weight, sets, ROM for squats using box squats, increased reps to 10-12. Again, discomfort is reduced but present with box squats, seem to feel better the heavier the weight gets. I will likely try pin squats above parallel next week. I have minimal to no discomfort in this region with sumo deadlifting / block pulls.

My question is should I otherwise continue to The Bridge programming while nursing the squat? Or move to another template in the interim with less squat volume and frequency / greater exercise variability (ie hypertrophy I / Bodybuilding).

If your bench and deadlift training are unaffected by these symptoms, you can simply continue running the template while modifying the squat-focused training.
