GPP Endurance

Good Afternoon,

I am having some trouble trying to figure out how the log works for the 7 week GPP endurance template.

Overall I’m having a difficult time understanding the organization of the log, if anyone can lend me some pointers that would be very appreciated. Below are my main questions.

  1. There is no Competition Press (C-P) section in the log. So how do I log my press?
    2)The log isn’t broken up into individual days, instead it just list types of exercise. How do I determine which exercise from a particular day goes where?
  2. In some weeks there is more exercise sections in the log then what that week prescribes. Example: Week 1 only has one day for Supplemental Squat (S-S1) but has 3 sections in the log for S-S1 on week 1. Is this a typo or am I reading the template wrong?

  1. The press is just logged as a supplemental bench movement
  2. Other than putting the competition lift in the first box of each category, it doesn’t matter what box you put each of the supplemental lifts. The 1st box is used to calculate e1rm for the analytics tab, the rest are just used to calculate total tonnage and volume, so the order and placement doesn’t matter
  3. Most weeks you won’t actually use all the log boxes, they’re just there cuz some templates use them all
