Hi Everyone,
I’m currently running the press template. I’m finding it a pain to log into my phone when my hands are covered in chalk. I was wondering if anyone prints out their log sheets and takes them to the gym?
Also how do people save their logs once they’ve completed a template? I’m not great on computers. I was wondering about the best way to record all my training for future reference.
Finally does anyone know if the Comp Bench was deliberately removed from the Press Template Log?
