GPP Hypertrophy Bias Template - Direct arm work

Hello BBM,

I purchased the GPP Hypertrophy Bias template in April and it’s unclear what the direct arm work weekly frequency is. On my excel sheet download, in the Hypertrophy Template tab, rows 33 and 34 have an infinite amount of columns. Can someone clarify what the weekly frequency is and on what days they’re supposed to be trained? As is, I believe it’s 1-5x a week, is this correct?

The way I am reading my template it looks like 3 times a week after your resistance training days.

This is correct, and it was clarified in the moderated Training forum a few while back.
