GPP Ideas

I was hoping to get some ideas for GPP days. I have seen your recommendations on the Bridge, which is helpful. My problem is that I love to train so I like heading out to my gym most days. I would love to lift everyday if possible, but I know this might not be ideal.

So, my question is how many days of GPP is too much? And, what are some good circuits/ideas?

If your best squat is <365 x 5 and you’re not overweight- you probably don’t need any GPP just yet.
