I am currently doing the bridge 3.0 and I don’t remember where, but I read that you were supposed to do isometric ab exercises. I have currently been doing the ab wheel rollout for submaximal sets of 5. But am I supposed to do ab wheel rollout for isometric holds until failure and then repeat again?

Thanks for the post! I actually really like ab wheel rollouts. I would just do submaximal sets of whatever rep range gets you close to ~RPE 8 or so.
