I’m currently about 3 weeks through The Bridge, but I was a little confused about GPP. What exactly do you mean when you say to titrate every few weeks? Do 8 minutes instead of 7? Increase the weight? Looking for some clarification.

Thanks for the post and I hope you’re enjoying The Bridge.
When we say “titrate every few weeks”, we mean try to do more reps, use more weight, or do more work overall each week. The GPP parameters, e.g. time priority prescription, are laid out week to week. We’d recommend trying to do more within those constraints.
