GPP on the Bridge

On GPP days where if you recommend titrating up every few weeks, do you mean the reps within the 7 minutes should be going up or the number of minutes should be increased.

Also, should I continue to add 5 minutes to the cardio sessions every 3 weeks? What time should I stop at?

Ideally you want the amount of reps on the AMRAP sets to go up. I believe it’s always 7 minutes on the Bridge 1.0. Just aim to get more reps of whatever exercise you are doing.

For the LISS cardio, going anywhere beyond 30 minutes is not terribly useful
