I currently ran through 8 weeks of The Bridge 3.0. At the end my arm work was up to 5 x 12-15. I am wondering where does that end? Meaning, I am now into week 2 of HLM but have kept arm work at the 5 x 12-15 rather than dropping back to 3 sets. Does this have to trend up more than 5 sets of supersets or just switch up exercises? I will say, I am getting some real good “pump” from 5 supersets.

The 8th week of the Bridge 3.0 has the lifter doing 3 sets of triceps and biceps work and prior to that it was an AMRAP. I don’t think that you need to continuously increase training volume in perpetuity, though training stress will likely need to be increased (as needed) over time up to a peak. Increasing volume is one way to increase training stress.
