Gpp

hi BBM I’m currently running your powerbuilding program and absolutely loving it but regards to the GPP sessions I just added them to the end of session but I’m finding that the session are taking far to long if I do it that way so I’m going to invest in a set of adjustable dumbbell 0-40kg or 0-50kg so I can train the gpp sessions at home and not at the gym
just due to work and family life.

so my question is could you give me 2 examples of gpp sessions I could do at home with dumbbells and I suppose I could use a dining chair for seated exercises until I invest in a bench.

Thanks in advance

Hey Cole,

Thanks for this and I understand your concerns here.

If I had to do GPP at home with dumbbells, I’d do this:

  1. DB rows for upper back work
  2. Planks, hollow rocks, v sit, or ab wheel roll outs for ab work
  3. DB curls for biceps work
  4. French press or close-grip pushups for triceps work

Alternatively, if you can get a chin up bar at home- you could do a lot of pull up/chin up variations, hanging ab work, and loop a band around the pull-up bar for banded triceps work.

Sciomako,

I don’t think there are any huge benefits or drawbacks to the French Press (which is not an LTE) compared to the LTE or OTE. All are equivalent IMO outside of personal preferences and responses.
