I’m currently on my second run through of powerlifitng ii. I am wondering if you think bodweightt chin ups could be a good gpp upper back movement in place of dumbell rows. Being that I haven’t trained chin ups consistently in about a year I have regressed on the movement. I don’t see myself being able to maintain the reccomend upper back rep range at this time. Do you think chin ups are a suboptimal choice compared to dumbell rows in this context?
