Powerbuilding II exercise change question

I just got Powerbuilding II and will be starting it in a few weeks. How detrimental would it be to replace the rowing variations in the program with weighted chins/pull ups? I know there is less deadlift carry over, but I find weighted chins are the best bang for my buck in terms of back development. In order to maintain some semblance of rowing i would likely do a row variation for my upper back GPP. Should I just go on as written and save weighted chins till next training block, or could this work?

Why don’t you just do weighted chins for your upper back GPP? Regardless, either approach would be fine - it’s just upper back work, no need to sweat the specifics.
