Hi Jordan was just wondering what your suggestions are on grip width of squat and bench as my close grip bench is only 5kg behind my comp bench where most people find close grip bench harder and I actually find it easier and I’m 5’11
and squat typically people use a wider grip on low bar squat but I’m far stronger with my grip by the sides or as close to my shoulders as possible just wanted to know if I should move my grip out as it will become more optimal later on or just grip where I’m most comfy ?
