For the monthly group programming, I see that it says there is no minimum commitment but I was wondering if you had a recommended minimum period to give it a fair shot?

Good question! We’d like to see people in the group for at least 3 months as that would give time for a solid block of training, with some training progress and variations. Plus if you choose to post form checks, that allows for some consistent feedback over multiple sessions.
