I was wondering how your new Group Programming service will work. How does the interaction with BM happen? Is there programming feedback once a month when you get your next 4 weeks of programming, or do you get adjustments any time, if needed? How often can you get form checks? Do you work with one coach, or do various BM folks cycle through your group?
Just want to get more information on this.
Hello, Each group will have a private FaceBook page for questions, clarifications, programming discussion, and form checks. This will all be available during the whole month. All of the BBM coaches will be answering the questions there and reviewing the videos, and Austin and Jordan will be writing the monthly programming blocks.

I am going to give this a go also. I seem to remember there was a cutoff date for folks to sign up for this first wave, but I can’t find where I saw/read that. Is it too late to get into the first group, and what is that date if not? Thanks!
Hi There, The first wave will be starting on 3/1, so look for more information before that date!
The registration cut off for wave 1 is 2/23, so you can still go to the website and sign up now.

It seems like you would have to sift through a bunch of post, and comments on FB, etc that don’t pertain to one’s own training. I would prefer if the interaction didn’t include other clients.
Then it sounds like you would prefer 1-on-1 coaching, which is a different service.
