From what I can dig up, I have a snapping hamstring tendon. When I squat, the tendon flips over a bone in my leg. It’s an on/off problem. Sometimes it doesn’t bother me, sometimes it hurts. But it always makes my entire knee shift when it happens. Lately, it’s been causing pain in the tendon and my knee.
I have zero interest in surgical options - not happening.
Is there any other way to deal with this that would actually keep the tendon from flipping over the bone or is it just a matter of dealing with it?
