For a few months now I’ve had this feeling that a tendon or something is getting caught on a bone in the front of the right side of my hip. It gets caught and I need to swing my leg around in a circular motion order for it to go back to where it feels like it should be, I get a little click when this happens. I have no pain whatsoever. Its just more of an annoyance and I continue to train normally, I just feel sometimes it affects the way I decend in the squat. Anyone know what this could be? I probably shouldn’t worry about it.

Yeah - I’d likely not get too concerned with this. Often such sensations happen but it doesn’t mean something is out of place or needs to be put back into place. If you aren’t experiencing symptoms and are training normatively - I’d continue on without worrying yourself about it.
