Hand pain worsens everytime I do deadlift, pressing movements, pulling movements.

There is pain around adductor pollicis within hand.
The pain has developed about 6 months ago, so I’ve tried various grip widths, bulldog grip, normal grip even false grip when I did pressing movements.

It didn’t do much good.

After training, the area near the adductor pollicis has become stiff and painful.
I try to take off some weights of my bar everytime, the symptom doesn’t relieved that much.
Not training at all seems to help with my symptom… but I know It won’t be the call.

What additional drill that can help me?
I’m currently redoing knee rehab template v.2 due to knee pain that has popped up, again.
