Hello, my wife, who is new to training has been consistently lifting for the past 3 months of so and is experiencing dull pain to the entire hands bilaterally including fingers and wrists. We have adjusted grip and hand position on squat, but she continues to experience dull pain continuously even when not lifting. It’s been present for about 1 month and is progressively worsening. She isn’t a complainer so she tried to ignore it and assume it would go away for as long as she could. Thanks for any input of what you think might be causing this or any way to reduce the symptoms.
