I just wanted to say thank you for the great programs you provide.
I have a hemicolectomy due to Crohn’s coming up next week at Guy’s in London and have been on your programs for at least a year (I came to the Seattle seminar also).
I’m currently on Week 6 of the Bridge 3.0 and feeling good leading up to the op (despite being on liquid Modulen for 6 weeks).
I was thinking of practicing the movements post-op and training properly after getting surgical clearance. Afterwards maybe doing the beginner program starting from week 3-or maybe the powerbuilding program?
Would you have any preference?
