Hey all, I’ve gone from 215lb to 175lb and am now working on putting on muscle (bulking)

I have been trying really hard to incorporate the form techniques that are explained on BBM’s YouTube channel. Please let me know how I can improve. Thank you!

Your feet are kinda doing their own thing in your squat. Not sure if its the flooring you have going, but keep them planted and stop wiggling them around :slight_smile:
