Hey guys,
i wanted to ask about weird pain or pinching sensation i feel in the front of my hips when squatting.I’ve started my Novice LP two months ago and everything is going well except some hip pain i have felt from the start.I feel pain when i approach parallel and don’t squat beyond that.I have tried changing my stance,high bar low bar but it’s not working.t’s got me thinking could it be impingement and is there anything i can do?
