just felt like a little celebrating and shout out to BBM which I credit with the program that got me there.
I never liked leg day, but I look forward to it now. I credit the whole RPE approach. All my sports are leg heavy so I often carry a lot of fatigue. RPE let me be flexible on the absolute weights so I’m not always failing to hit my target.
Anyway, my progression still looks like newbie gains so we’ll see where I plateau.
