I just completed the bridge, and I got two things out of it:

My squat technique improved due to bigger exposure to squatting

Max weight went up on all exercises
… but my E1RM remained the same.
Now I am looking for a new program and based on my previous experience, I make evident progress with my E1RM when I’m adding reps / sets before trying to increase weight on the bar.
Would you recommend another BBM program? Maybe 3-day hypertrophy?
My BW is 76, E1RMs are 90/115/125 (kg).
Nutrition is in check (in agreement with TBAB).
Goals: Add size
