I just recently changed my Macros using the Recomp multiplyer in To Be a Beast which puts me at 270p, 292c, 82f. I usually stray away from lowfat products but having a hard time hitting my protein and carbs without going over fat. I’m 37 235 lbs 6’4" and the scale I just bought and the tape measure method with the bodyfat calculator linked in the Barbell Medicine coaching questionnaire says I’m actually 27% bodyfat. Any suggestions?
I think if you stick to lower fat offerings for protein and carbs, i.e. chicken breast, egg whites, whey, lean beef, fish, Greek Yogurt, and rice, potatoes, oats, fruits, and veggies, respectively, you’ll have no problem staying within your fat target.
