Just under 5’ 6" - started dieting and lifting again (a power building type deal) Oct. 1, 2017 at 254# bw, i forget but probably started at like 230 protein / 300 carbs / 110 fat or so with two high carb days a week at around 210 protein / 410 c / 100 fat (90 fat? I really don’t remember - anyways). Currently down to like 217# at 230 protein / 230 carbs / 90 fat, with 2 high carb days /week at 320 carb / 210 protein / 80 fat. Per random online navy method body fat calculator (just the first one that pops up in Google), probably started at 37% body fat now sitting at around 27% (THANK YOU BBM).
The question: should I drop protein to 200g and add back in some more carbs / possibly take out a few grams of fat? Still making progress at current levels, on average under 1# / week, maybe 1/2 lb.
