Hy! 30 years old, 87kg (191lbs), 180 cm (5’9), waist 33,5 inches. bf around 13-16% (navy bf calc 15%) I’m on powerbuilding group programming and one of my goals is to get to 90-92 kg.
So I’m currently gaining weight guided by to be a beast article. But I need a lot more calories than suggested guidelines. So I bumped up the calories but kept the same ratio of carbs and fat as in the article ( 4g carbs/1g fat). Is that a good call? so now I’m on 4000 kcals a day, P ~230, C ~510, F ~125.
And question for later, when I get to my desired weight, I would like to recomp, so how to start from there? rearrange carbs to fat ratio to 3,5/1? ( guidelines says 1.25g of carbs on pound of bm, fats 0.35)
lower overall carl+lories by little? proteins kept the same?
ok, I hope that I explained this well enough, tnx
