What exercises did you use to build your rear delts, jordan? If you relied mostly on rows, what was your row to press ratio (approximately)? Did you use iso stuff like face pulls?
Bonus question: do you feel like exercise selection in SSNLP ensures that all trainees who begin with it will finish with their anterior and medial delts developed significantly more than their rear delts?
I can objectively state “no” to this as I’m currently finishing up my SSLP and my rear delts are in fact significantly more developed than the side and front.
